Yes — COD is available with no extra charges for orders up to ₱5,000. Orders above ₱5,000 must be paid online (GCash, card, etc.). We offer free shipping on all orders, which helps us keep COD reliable and avoid fake orders.

Many of our products have no added sugar — our raw nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia, and similar) are naturally diabetic-friendly. Products containing dried fruit do have natural fruit sugars, so if you're managing blood sugar closely, check the specific product page or message us before ordering.

We're based in Cebu City and typically pack and hand off orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated courier delivery from there: Luzon 3-7 days, Visayas 1-5 days, Mindanao 3-7 days. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on courier volume.
