Refund Policy
We have a 7-day Refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, please keep the product as you received it from the courier. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at purehubnutrition@gmail.com or simply message us in our Facebook Page , https://www.facebook.com/purehubnutrition with photo of the product and state the issue and reason for refund request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception with a photo and video and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 50% – 100% on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
