At PureHub Nutrition, we prioritize customer satisfaction and take product quality seriously. Since we are dealing with perishable food items, we have implemented a clear and fair returns and refunds policy to ensure your safety and trust.

📦 What We Accept for Return or Refund:
We only allow returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong variant, size, or flavor)

Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or compromised

The product is expired upon arrival

⚠️ We do NOT accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Dislike of taste/texture

Delay in delivery caused by the courier (we do not control shipping times)

Improper storage of items after delivery

📸 Required Proof for Verification:
To process a return or refund request, please provide:

Clear photos and/or video unboxing the parcel

Images showing the damaged/expired/wrong item

A copy of your order confirmation or receipt

Requests without proper documentation may be denied.

⏰ Timeframe to Report:
For orders made via our website (Shopify): within 48 hours of receiving the order

For Shopee/Lazada/TikTok orders: You must file the issue within their platform’s return/refund window (usually within 5–7 days of delivery)

Late reports may not be honored.

🔁 How We Resolve Issues:
Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer the following:

Replacement of the affected item(s)

Store credit or voucher

Refund via original payment method (for eligible orders)

For COD orders, we may request your GCash or bank details for refund processing.

🛒 Platform-Specific Guidelines:
Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop Orders:
If the order was placed via these platforms, you must initiate the return/refund process through their system. We are bound by their terms and policies.
Note: We cannot process refunds directly for third-party platform orders.

PureHub Nutrition Website Orders:
Please email us at support@purehubnutrition.ph with your complete concern and supporting photos. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
