Suggested Uses

Shelf life and storage recommendation
Sunflower seeds lasts for 2-3 months at room temperature (opened). Sunflower seeds stored in the refrigerator or freezer have an extended shelf life of up to 12 months.
Store sunflower seeds in an airtight container or bag in the pantry or another cool dark place with a constant temperature. Store them in a glass or ceramic container as they easily absorb chemicals from plastic which can be dangerous.
